How Sessions Work
Workforce readiness and independent living coaching is provided in one-on-one sessions tailored to the client’s goals, strengths, and daily environments. Sessions may include practicing workplace expectations, role-playing common job scenarios, completing tasks together in natural settings, and building routines that promote independence at home and in the community.
Support may also take place in real environments such as workplaces, community locations, or the home, depending on the client’s needs and goals. Throughout coaching, we focus on teaching practical skills, encouraging problem-solving, and building the confidence needed to manage responsibilities with increasing independence.
