Refund Policy
All payments for coaching and tutoring services are final. No refunds are issued for completed sessions or unused time.

If a scheduling conflict or emergency prevents a session from occurring, we will reschedule or provide credit for a future session.

In the rare event AAP must cancel a session, you will be offered a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
