Social Skills Coaching
Social Skills Coaching at Advancing Ability & Potential (AAP) helps children, teens, and young adults build the communication and interpersonal skills they need to form friendships, participate in conversations, and navigate social situations with confidence. We support clients in developing clear communication, understanding social expectations, and interacting successfully with peers in school and community environments.
Our approach is supportive, structured, and based on practical, real-world scenarios that help clients learn and generalize meaningful social behaviors.

How Coaching Sessions Work
Social skills coaching is offered in both one-on-one sessions and small group sessions. One-on-one sessions allow us to target individualized goals and practice communication skills in a supportive, structured setting. Group sessions provide opportunities to interact with peers through guided activities, structured conversation practice, games, role-play, and real social scenarios. Each session focuses on building the communication and interaction skills needed for success at home, school, and in the community.
